Draining the hydraulic oil
• The draining hose is placed in front of the machine, behind the
bottom plate.
• Drive the machine to a position, where the cylinders are
retracted.
• Check that there is room for a waste oil container at the hole,
which is under the machine.
• Drive the machine into a tilted position or prop the rear part up,
so that the oil runs out of the container as smoothly as possible.
• Clean the area surrounding the drain plug.
• Put a waste container under the drain plug and remove the plug.
• Clean the area surrounding the oil filter and remove the filter according to the instructions.
• Replace the plug after the oil has drained out.
• Check that there are no impurities inside the oil container. If there are impurities, clean them as well as
possible.
• Install a new oil filter according to the instructions.
To be noted:
• Hot oil may cause burns. Wait until the oil has cooled down.
• Pay attention to cleanliness and make sure that no dirt gets into the container.
• Do not turn the motor on, when the container is empty. It would cause severe damages
to the hydraulic pump.
Hydraulic oil and lubricants
We recommend the following type of oil and lubricants to be used in the machine.
The fluids must follow the standards DIN 51524 HVLP, ISO 6743-4 HV, or SS 15 54 34 AV.
The hydraulic oil used in the machine is marked on the hydraulic oil label of the tank.
Note! Mixing different kinds of oil types may cause damage to the machine. Always make sure,
before changing the tool, that the tool uses the same kind of hydraulic oil as the machine.
Before using any other fluids, you must contact the manufacturer and ask, whether the oil in question is of
the correct type.
