Service display
The service display error messages
The Service display is in integral part of the machine. It used for troubleshooting and adjusting control
systems and parameters. In addition, it displays the temperature and pressure of the hydraulic system.
Navigation is done by using the nu
CAN bus related messages:
Number error (zero or too large number)
Error in the program, contact service.
Wrong node ID
Error in wiring, contact service.
Program cycle too long
May appear during software update. Otherwise, it is a software
error.
CANopen bus overloaded
CANopen bus transmission buffer is full. Error on CANopen
bus. Contact service.
CANopen error frames received
CANopen bus error, possibly on the rotary connection. If it is a
continuous error, contact service.
No connection to tower module
The tower module is not found. CANopen bus error or error
on voltage supply of the tower module. Contact service.
No connection to frame module
The frame module is not found. CANopen bus error or error
on voltage supply of the tower module. Contact service.
Receiver not functional
Error on radio receiver. Check connections and replace the
receiver if the problem does not disappear.
Receiver failure
Error on radio receiver or between CAN2 bus frame module
and receiver.
Module related messages:
Supply voltage low
Supply voltage of the machine is too low, machine functions
are prevented. Error possibly on power supply of low voltage
circuit or an internal module error. Remove the module con-
nectors and plug them back in.
Supply voltage high
Supply voltage of the machine is too high, machine functions
are prevented. Error possibly on power supply of low voltage
circuit or an internal module error. Remove the module con-
nectors and plug them back in.
Frame module temperature low
Temperature of the frame module is too low.
Frame module temperature high
Temperature of the frame module is too high.
Tower module temperature low
Temperature of the tower module is too low.
Tower module temperature high
Temperature of the tower module is too high.
Start message sent
Module has sent a start message to the bus. This is not an error.
Receiver failure
Error on radio receiver or between CAN2 bus frame module
and receiver.
