Robot 185 Service display
Service display
The Service display is in integral part of the machine. It used for troubleshooting and adjusting control
systems and parameters. In addition, it displays the temperature and pressure of the hydraulic system.
Navigation is done by using the number buttons. Each button refers t<o the symbol/number on top of it.
Password for Service display
The password for Service display is 43342. The password will be asked when the tool button is pressed.
Features of the Service display
The main window of the Service display opens when the start up
of the system is normal and the remote control has a connection
to the machine. The main window displays a picture of the
machine, temperature of the hydraulic system, time, machine
operating hours and time elapsed from the last service.
Messages that appear to the main window disappear by pushing
the button 3 on the display. After this the messages are saved to
the message log, which can be viewed by pushing the button 3 on
the display. More detailed information about the messages on the
next chapter.
The diagnostics window can be entered by pushing the button 5.
This window enables to see the status of the CAN bus through
every pin, but this feature is mainly for the service purposes. LS
value means load sensing pressure. P value stands for the system
pressure. The difference between these two values should be
approximately 20 bar, which equals to the idling pressure of the
pump.
The button 4 will ask for the user password (43342). The
password permits entering to the setting window, which allows
to adjust and save the display settings (brightness, language, date,
time) and user parameters. Current module software versions can
be viewed from the setting window.
