Cleaning the machine
The machine must be washed regularly: damages are more noticeable, it is nicer to work with and the
machine cools down better with a clean machine.
Cleaning the oil cooler
In order to prevent oil from over heating, the oil
cooler is recommended to be cleaned weekly. The
cleaning can be done by pressurized air or water. The
cooler is located under the front cover, above the
bottom plate.
Note the following:
• Use protective gear, since hydraulic oil can be
harmful for the skin.
• Turn off the motor and unplug the cable from the
machine.
• Avoid using compressed air or a pressure washer if
inexperienced.
• The parts of the electric system are sensitive to moisture, therefore clean them very carefully!
• With a wrong type of nozzle and too much pressure in the pressure washer, the delicate parts of the
machine may be damaged.
• Never direct the pressure washer, so that water might get through the suction filter and through the seals
of the container. This may cause serious damage.
• Clean the oil cooler with compressed air. When cleaning, it is important to spray in exactly a 90-degree
angle to the cooler from at least a 40 cm distance, so that the sheets are not damaged.
• Clean the electric cabinet from inside only with low pressure compressed air!
• Do not wash the control box with a pressure washer. Clean the box inside with low pressure compressed
air.
• After cleaning, lubricate the machine in every part that needs to be lubricated and dry off the electrical
contacts with low pressure compressed air.
It is very important to use protective gear, as hazardous substances may fall off or spill from
the machine during cleaning. Never direct the hose of the pressure washer or compressed air
towards the skin. It may cause a serious injury or be fatal!!!
