Robot 185 Service
General
It is extremely important that the service instructions are followed precisely. Only a skilled and competent
person is allowed to conduct service operations. This ensures the durability of the machine and the safety of
the user.
If a malfunction occurs in the machine or if the machine is severely damaged, it must be repaired
immediately to prevent further damage. Even very small malfunctions may have repercussions.
Only original parts may be used in the service and repair operations. When you disconnect cables or hoses,
remember to mark them well so that they can be reconnected correctly.
Service plan
A service request is given with an indicator light (Service)!
The operating hour meter of the motor/hydraulic pump
When the motor/hydraulic pump is being used, the number in the operating hour meter increases. The
service interval is 500 hours. When the interval is coming to an end, the indicator light (Service) on the
remote control will turn on and the Service display shows message “Service interval exceeded, maintenance
required”. The first service of the machine is scheduled after 100 operating hours. This service includes e.g.
change of gearbox oil etc.
The number in the machine’s lifelong hour-meter increases always when the pump is being used; this
cannot be reset. The values of the hour-meter have been secured in case the module breaks or if it is
replaced.
The values of the hour-meters can be viewed in the Service display. The hour-meter values are saved every
minute, but the Service display only shows the full hours. The service interval can be set with an accuracy of
one hour.
