Changing the pressure filter
• The pressure filter change is recommended to be
done by authorized service personnel.
• Pressure filter is located at the rear of the machine, on
top of the steel bottom plate.
• Ease the boom by putting it on the ground and turn
off the motor.
• Unplug the cable and make sure it is not accidently
plugged in.
• Clean the filter holder and the parts around it.
• Depressurize the filter.
• Unscrew the filter package open. Note! Oil may be
dripping from the filter.
• Install the new filter element to the clamp and screw the package back to its place.
Checking the amount of hydraulic oil
• If the amount of hydraulic oil is too low, an alarm appears on the indicator light of the control box.
• When all cylinders are in the extreme position, the indicator light must not be lit and the container must be full.
To be noted:
• Check that the fluid is the same colour as when refilling. If the colour is significantly different, read the
instructions of the hydraulic oil supplier.

Refilling hydraulic oil
• The filling cork is placed under the front cover, on the right hand side of the machine.
• Clean the area surrounding the filling cork of the hydraulic container.
• Open the lid and pour oil through the hole of the container.
• Pour the oil until the oil level can be seen 2cm on top of the sieve.
• Put the lid back on.
• Turn on the machine and take the cylinders from one extreme position to another, so that any possible air
exits the system.
• Check the oil amount according to the instructions and refill if necessary.
To be noted:
• Use the right type of oil.
• Pay attention to cleanliness and make sure that no dirt gets into the container.
• Do not turn on the motor when the container is empty. It will cause severe damages in the hydraulic pump.
