To check the calibration mode and the
number of calibration times, press [3]
key on the CALIBRATION MENU to
display the Calibration information
checking screen. On this screen,
switch the items by pressing [hyphen
(-)] key to check calibration mode and
the number of calibration times.
Press [STOP] key to return to the
CALIBRATION MENU.
Prepare the required equipment and
calibrator (see “2-3-1 Preparation”).
Dissolve Low or High solution
according to the instructions on the
package insert included in the
calibrator kit.
Place 500 μL of Low and High
solution in the respective sample
tubes. Put the caps back on to
prevent evaporation or contamination
if calibration is not to be carried out
immediately.

2-5-1 校正の概要
Remove any air bubbles or skin on the surface of the calibrator, if any.
Failure to do so may result in obtaining incorrect measurement results.
