The General tab displays the following general parameters:
Parameter
Description
EtherNet/IP Owned
When the module is configured as an EtherNet/IP Target, this will
indicate if the module is owned by an EtherNet/IP connection
originator.
EtherNet/IP Originator
When the module is configured as an EtherNet/IP Originator, this
will show if all the Class 1 and Explicit Message connections to
EtherNet/IP target devices are established and returning valid
data.
Modbus Status
When the module is operating as a
Modbus TCP Slave
, this
parameter will indicate that the module has received a valid
Modbus request within the Modbus inactivity time.
When the module is operating as a
Modbus TCP Master
, this
parameter will indicate that all the mapping items in the Modbus
Auxiliary Map are executing correctly.
ControlNet Owned
When the module is configured as a ControlNet Target, this will
indicate if the module is owned by a ControlNet connection
originator.
ControlNet Originator
When the module is configured as a ControlNet Originator, this
will show if all the Scheduled and Unscheduled Explicit Message
connections to ControlNet target devices are established and
returning valid data.
ControlNet Keeper
When the module has the
Enabled ControlNet Keeper
set in the
ControlNet parameters, this parameter will show if the module
has valid ControlNet Keeper configuration data saved and if it is
active.
ControlNet Schedule
When the module is a ControlNet Originator and has ControlNet
IO in the
ControlNet Connections
tree in Slate, this parameter will
indicate if a valid ControlNet scheduled has been downloaded to
the module.
ControlNet Node
The current ControlNet node number.
ControlNet State
This is the Net Mode of the ControlNet network. See the appendix
for more details.
ControlNet LEDs
The current status of the ControlNet LEDs. See the appendix for
more details.
MAC Address
Displays the module’s unique Ethernet MAC address.
Firmware
The version of the module’s firmware.
Up Time
Indicates the elapsed time since the module was powered-up.
Temperature
The internal temperature of the module.
Processor Scan
The amount of time (microseconds) taken by the module’s
processor in the last scan.
Ethernet Port 1/2
This is the status of each Ethernet port.
