Internal Mapping from EtherNet/IP to ControlNet Originator

Any Internal Map copying from a ControlNet IO device will be read from the input assembly
of selected ControlNet device (Target to Originator). In the Internal Map the user will specify
which device instance is the target and at what offset the data must be read from the input
assembly.
