Device Firmware Update

DEVICE FIRMWARE UPDATE

The ControlNet Router module supports in-field firmware upgrading. The latest firmware for
the module can be downloaded from the Aparian website

www.aparian.com

. The firmware

is digitally signed, so only the correct firmware can be used.

To firmware upgrade the module, follow the steps below:

From the tools menu in Slate, select the

DeviceFlash

utility.

Figure 5.1

When the utility opens, the user will be prompted to select the binary file to be used to
firmware upgrade the module.
