This function initializes the parameters stored in the indicator.
The parameters are stored in the flash memory and backup RAM.
Caution
There are reset functions that require re-calibration of the indicator

Initializing RAM
The backup RAM is reset.
Zero point of the gross display, tare value zeroes.

Resets parameters of the function list in flash memory.

Initializing caribration
data
Calibration data is reset in flash memory. If this
function is used, calibrate the indicator. #1

Recalibrate and input all parameters. #1
#1 If the switch on the A/D board set to "Disable", it can not be performed.
