Overtemperature status.
0: normal temperature.
1: overtemperature; high voltage die temperature exceeds temperature setting.

CLAMP_SEL
Enables trimmed SOA shutdown clamp voltage.

1: clamp voltage for SOA shutdown is set to adjust SOA pull-down voltage
lowest negative level.
0: trimmed negative pull-down voltage on SOA is disabled. When 0, the
lowest voltage is −1.75 V.
Default is 0x0, meaning pull-down voltage is approximately −1.75 V.

These bits control the high voltage die over temperature indicator trip
