4.4.  Mechanical installation of the hypercharger 

It is recommended to install the hypercharger according the following steps: 

- 

Preparation of the foundation (see chapter 4.1) 

- 

Mounting of the adaptor to the concrete foundation (see chapter 4.2), only if a universal 
foundation is used 

- 

Mounting of the hypercharger base (see chapter 4.3) 

- 

Preparation of the mains power-supply (see chapter 5.3) 

- 

Lift the hypercharger with a crane on the hypercharger base 

- 

Screw  the  hypercharger  via  4x  M12x30  screws  and  35mm  washers  together  to  the 
hypercharger-base.  The  screws  are  to  be  tightened  with  a  torque  of  90Nm. 

It’s 

preferable to use self-locking thread lock washers. 

- 

Connect the mains power-supply (see chapter 5.4)
