4. Mechanical installation
The mounting of the hypercharger has to be performed on a solid ground, this can be a
concrete foundation or a concrete floor. When dimensioning the foundation, it
’s
recommended to perform a static load capacity analysis according to relevant norms.
The following figure defines the naming of relevant components for the mechanical
installation:

The mains power-supply cables for connecting the hypercharger to the grid are guided
from the ground over the foundation to the hypercharger. The mechanical mounting of the
hypercharger to the concrete foundation can be performed either directly or via an adaptor
if the foundation is a universal foundation.
