2.6 Troubleshooting 

1. Why can’t I run the executable file after installing VRF Service Tool successful?   
First please make sure that at lease one RS232C port is setup in your computer and it can work well with you computer, 
then make sure the resolution of your display device is 1024X768 or above.   
2.    Why can’t I record any status data from VRF air-conditioner system?   
First make sure air-conditioner is running normal and the transmit board (communication adaptor) is running normal,
