Five zone distance protection with quadrilateral and mho characteristic, single-pole
tripping (A11A)

The packages are configured and they usually need only a simple customization. Analog
inputs and binary input/output signals are pre-defined for basic use. Other signals may be
required by each particular application.

Add binary I/O boards as required for the application when ordering.

The graphical configuration tool ensures simple and fast testing and commissioning.Also
the customized version is available, and the selection of the hardware and of the required
protection functions can be done as defined in the Ordering for Customized IED section
below. The configuration of the IED functionality needs to be done using the PCM600
Protection and control IED manager.

Forcing of the output relays is possible from the human interface machine or from the
PCM600 Protection and Control IED manager for simple commissioning.
