SCHEDULE CONFIGURATION
Steps:
1).
In the
Schedule Configuration
section of the
Add/Modify Recipient
window, a user may
configure a notification schedule for the recipient.

2).
Enable an
Hourly, Daily, Weekly
or
Monthly
report. When the desired report is selected,
related settings will be deployed and can be customized.
Schedule Settings
Description
Hourly
Enable hourly reporting to send a report on a customized hourly basis.
Select
From
and
To
trigger times from the available drop-down menus to
choose which hours in a day the hourly report will be sent. If 1:00 and 8:00
are selected as
From
and
To
respectively, then a report will be e-mailed on
the hour from 01: 00 to 08:00.
Select the days of week the report will be emailed on. The report will be
sent on the chosen days, during the designated trigger hour range.
Daily
Enable daily reporting to send reports on a customized daily basis.
Select a
Trigger Time
from the drop-down menu. The report will be e-
mailed at the selected time.
Select days of week the report will be emailed on. The report will be sent
on the chosen days, at the designated trigger hour.
Weekly
Enable weekly reporting to send reports on a customized weekly basis.
Select a
Trigger Day
and
Trigger Time
from the available drop-down
menus. The report will be emailed to the recipient on the chosen day, at
the chosen time.
Monthly
Enable monthly reporting to send reports on a customized monthly basis.
Select a
Trigger Day
(1-31) and
Trigger Time
from the available drop-down
menus. Reports will be emailed to the recipient on the chosen day of the
month, at the chosen time.
