The SENS_OFF command is the sensor power OFF
request command. It is used to turn OFF the power to
the sensor.
•
Confirm the completion of the command execution by
checking that RCMD = SENS_OFF (= 24h) and
CMD_STAT.CMDRDY = 1.
•
CPRM_SEL_MON1/CPRM_SEL_MON2:
Monitor data can be selected by changing the common
parameter setting. Refer to the following chapter for
details.
•
When an absolute encoder is used the position data is
indefinite. "0" is set for POS_RDY.
The coordinate reference point setting becomes invalid
and the ZPOINT (zero point position) and software limit
also become invalid.
•
When an incremental encoder is used, only a response
is returned without processing.
In the following case, an alarm will occur and the com-
mand will not be executed.
•
In the servo ON state: CMD_ALM = Ah (A.95A)
