6.2 Setting the IP Address
6.2 Setting the IP Address
This section describes how to set the machine's IP address so that it can communicate with network services.
Steps

1.
Call up the [Tools] screen.
(1)
Press the <Log In/Out> button.
(2)
Enter the user ID of the system administrator, by using the numeric keypad or the keyboard displayed
on the screen, and press [Enter].
Note

By factory default, the User ID is "11111".
(3)
On the menu screen, press [Tools].

Make settings for [TCP/IP - IP Address] under [Protocol Settings].

On the [Tools] screen, press [Connectivity & Network Setup].
(2)
Press [Protocol Settings].
(3)
Press [IPv4 - IP Address].
(4)
Enter the IP address using the numeric keypad.
(5)
Press [Close] several times until the [Tools] screen is displayed.

Press [Close] on the [Tools] screen.
