General Troubleshooting
Network Configuration Errors
Note
This section on network errors applies to the 3160N model only.
Send Error
Failed to access, authenticate, or connect to the SMTP/SMB/FTP server.
Initial Actions

Check network and data configuration settings.

Cycle printer power.
•
If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
