Configuring SMTP
1. At a client workstation on the network, launch the Internet
Browser.
2. In the URL field, enter http:// followed by the IP Address of
the Document Centre 490/480/470/460 ST. Then select the
Enter key, (e.g. http//xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).
3. At the CentreWare Internet Services Home Page Select the
Properties link.
4. Select the plus symbol (+) to the left of the Services folder in
the Properties frame.
5. Select the plus symbol to the left of the Internet Messaging
folder.
6. Select General. as shown in figure below.
7. Enter the Host Name or the IP Address of the SMTP Server
and a valid E-mail Domain Name (x@mail.company.com)
NOTE The IP Address and Domain Name should be recorded before
starting this process.
