Billing Counters
Billing Counters contains information about the number of images
produced (copied or printed) by the Document Centre. This
information can be used for billing purposes. The different counters
include the various types of copy and fax sheets and scanned
imaged sheets used. Also included are marked sheets, which
include banner sheets or Document Centre reports, such as
configuration reports.
To view usage counters:
1. Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the
Document Centre in the Address or Location field.
2. Click the Properties tab or select Properties in the directory
tree.
3. Select Billing Counters in the directory tree.
4. Click Refresh Counters to update the page with current
amounts.
