Servers Internet Service’s ability to automatically send scanned
images to File (folder) or Fax (fax recipient).
Note: RightFax software is required for Faxing.
Path to Document Directory path for the scanned document.
If Document
Already Exists Append to Existing File adds the new file to the
previously scanned folder in the specified repository.
Overwrite Existing File overwrites the folder and file
that were previously scanned with the new folder and
file.
Do Not Save matches the document name for the folder
specified in the template.
Rename New File generates an alphanumeric name for
the folder based on the document name specified in the
template. The folder names increment when more
documents are scanned. You can scan up to 999 times
with a template using Rename New File. After that
number, an error sheet is generated by the Document
Centre.
Document Name Name of the scanned document.
File Format Tagged Image File Format (TIFF) of the scanned output
file.
TIFF (V4.0,V6.0) indicates that each page of the
document is stored in a separate image file.
Multi-Page TIFF (V4.0,V6.0) indicates that all pages of
a document are stored in a single file.
PDF indicates that the document pages will be stored as
images in a Portable Document Format file. This mode
does not support text-searchable PDF documents.
