Internet Messaging
The Internet Messaging settings provide direct scan-to-E-mail
capability on the Document Centre, with the following features:
E-mail addressing at the Document Centre user interface
E-mail directory integration with Lightweight Directory
Access Protocol (LDAP)
Support for Simple Message Transport Protocol (SMTP)
Authentication/security
For authentication settings, refer to the next section of this chapter,
Authentication Server.
For setup of all other scan-to-E-mail features, refer to Chapter 21 of
this guide, E-mail.
