Xerox Document Centre System Administration Guide

Scan a document 
and fax 

1.

Access the Services Page and access Distribution Templates. 

2.

Create a new distribution template with Fax as a filing destination 
(Fax folder) and select faxing delivery and recipient options.

3.

Apply the settings.

4.

Update the template list at the Document Centre.

5.

Select the fax template at the Document Centre.

6.

Scan the document at the Document Centre. The RightFax soft-
ware detects the document in the Fax folder and automatically 
faxes the document to the recipient(s) specified in the template.
