Copying Distribution Templates
This procedure creates an exact copy of the selected template.
To copy a template:
1. Open your Web browser and enter the TCP/IP address of the
Document Centre in the Address or Location field. Click Ser-
vices from the Document Centre Home Page.
2. At the top of the screen, select the Distribution Templates.
3. Select a template from the tree.
4. Click Copy. The new copy of the template appears.
5. Type a new name for the template.
6. Click Apply.
Updating the Template List at the Document Centre
After a template is created or deleted, the template list on the
Document Centre must be updated to display the new template or
to remove the deleted template. Internet Services templates are
listed at the top of the list and are preceded with an @ symbol.
To update the template list:
1. Go to the Document Centre control panel/touch screen and
press Features.
2. Press All Services then press Network Scanning.
3. On the Touch Screen, select Update Template List.
The template list is refreshed and any newly created or updated
templates are visible. For complete information about the

Document Centre.
