Distribution Settings
Filing Destination
Filing destinations are the defined scan repositories. Scanned
documents are scanned to public folders or directories. A Public
Folder is a repository location that is usually a file server directory
that is defined and configured by a network administrator
specifically for scanned documents. You can also scan to a fax
repository. For more information see the section entitled
Distribute to Fax (in this chapter).
To edit a filing destination:
1. Select a destination path from the Destinations list.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. On the screen that appears, make the desired changes to the
destination repository, path, filing policy, document name, or
output format.
4. Click the Apply New Settings button.
