Fryer Cover, Small Baskets, and Large Basket
To remove the fryer cover, small baskets or large bas-
ket (See Figure 3-44):
Lift the fryer cover from the unit.
1.
Lift one or both of the small baskets from the unit.
2.
Lift the large basket from the unit.
3.
Manual Shut Off Valve
To remove the manual shut off valve, first drain the oil
from the unit, then unscrew the manual shut off valve
from the unit (See Figure 3-45):
Access Panel
To remove the access panel, extract the screws from
the panel, and remove the panel (See Figure 3-46).
