1) Some PC may not follow the EDID settings from G413 due to driver or setting issue and show
different result. If it happens, please open PC resolution setting window and select desired output
resolution from PC.
2) If user wants to create custom output resolution in PC, user needs to select GeoBox as display
device for further settings. Please select Reduced Blanking timing in high resolution output to
reduce the output clock for easy high speed data connection.
3) After user creates custom output resolution in PC, use needs to go back to Resolution Selection
Window (Display panel) in PC to select the desired output timing.
4) Each input port can have different EDID timing setting.
Note: Some devices (media player) may only detect EDID information during booting stage and not
output the right timing for G413. Please open GeoBox 3-5 seconds before open signal source so
that signal source can detect the EDID setting in GeoBox and sends out the right timing.

16.1 Front Panel LED lights
1) User should see Input/Output LED lights in each channel. If no light illuminated in specific
channel, please check Input/Output connecting cables, signal source & monitor in that channel.
2) If user sees continuous flashing in [Power] LED with 0.5 second interval, it means OSD menu is
locked. Please press [Menu] key in remote controller for 5 seconds, it will disable [OSD locked]
function.
3) If [Power] LED is flashing with 1 second interval, the system is locked through Box ID function.
Please use remote controller and press [850] number keys to disable OSD Menu Lock.
16.2 Intermittent or Loss of Input Signal
1) Check the HDMI cable quality and make sure all cables are fitted correctly. 4k/60 signal
requires high speed certified cables.
2) Cable length: Connecting cable length should be short as possible. Replace a short cable to
verify the possible root cause.
3) HDCP compliant issues: If the input source or the monitors are not HDCP compliant, it is
possible to stop G413 from negotiating HDCP link and show intermittent, abnormal or no
image.
4) Resolution issues: check if signal source and connecting cables can provide right signal
requested by G413.
5) DVI/HDMI signal compatibility: some display devices may only support HDMI or DVI video
signal and execute wrong signal format detecting. The default output is HDMI. User can change
output with DVI format through [Options]
[Setting]
[DVI]
[On].
