15.5.5.4 [Frame Sync]
1)
[Frame Sync] menu has three sub-menu:
[Normal] (Frame Locked): when user uses multiple units of G413, please set at [Normal]
to let all G413 output synchronize together. When user resets system or adjust video wall
settings, user may see monitor re-searching the input source.
[Fast] (Phase lock): System default setting is [Fast]. It will eliminate signal research when
change video wall settings. It is good for single G413 application.
[Disable] (Free-Run mode): Once [Disable] is selected, there will be no loss signal when
changing signal source/input timing, Reset or executing video wall settings.
We propose user to set at [Fast] while execute single unit application. During multiple
unit application, please set back to [Normal] to prevent from frame tear or not
synchronized issues among different G413.
2) The input refresh rate should be the same as output refresh rate so that the system can
implement Frame Lock to synchronize all the outputs. If the input source is 50Hz with 60Hz
output, it is possible to see synchronization issue. Please select the output refresh rate from
[Image Properties]

[Box ID] is identification # in each G413
for Ethernet, RS232 or IR remote control.
1) GeoBox ID No is from 1-99
2) After set Box ID, user can control
GeoBox individually via IR Remote
controller, RS232 & Ethernet
3) IR control ID # is from 1-9.
