15.5.5.7 [EDID] setting
Selectable EDID setting is added into G413. The purpose are as follows:
1) G413 can support big range of input signal timing—
H=1024-3840, V= 720-2400.
2) Different PC display cards have different setting and behavier. Many users may not be able to
do the right settings
3) Different display modes may show different final image aspect ratio. User can apply different
EDID setting to change input signal timing and change image aspect ratio.
1) Activate EDID OSD setting menu:
[Options]
[Setting]
[EDID]
2) Use IR remote controller, WebGui or
PC tool to select desired EDID.
3) After select EDID, the PC should
automatically change output timing.
4) Press [INFO] key to check if the input
and output timing are set correctly.
13 preset EDID that can be selected by
user. Default EDID is 3840*2160
@60Hz. User can also set non-VESA
standard EDID timing manually. The
range will be H=1024-3840, V= 720-
2400. Based on VESA standard,
Horizontal resolution is in a step of 8
pixels and vertical resolution is 1 pixel.
