Assembly and Disassembly of the Cutting Device Knives

NOTICE

By removing individual knives the cut length of the baling material can be changed. If no cutting function is desired for a
longer period of time, all knives can be removed and replaced by blank knives.

WARNING:

Injury may occur. Wear protective gloves and use a suitable tool while working with the knives. If any

maintenance or assembly work is carried out with the tailgate open, the tailgate must be hydraulically secured against
lowering for safety reasons

For the following working steps: refer to chapter

Moving in and out the cutting device

•

Move cutting device to cutting position.

•

Lower Hydroflexcontrol-bottom door half way.

•

Open and secure tailgate (see page 2-15)

•

Rotate knife axle lever down and forward 90 degrees until it contacts lower stop (see Figure 52 on page 7-32).
