after running layer 2 & layer 3 tests successfully, a customer may still complain that their connection is slow to
deliver their applications. Running a stateful TCP test will help verify maximum throughput rates in the down-
load and upload direction. If throughput performance is poor, the test can help identify what the issue could be.
