1177 INJECTOR W/PRESSURE SENSE, ASSEMBLY PROCEDURES
1.1
INJECTOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
1.1.1
Place an Injector Actuator Spacer, (03-925981-01) on the stud protruding from the top of the Injector assembly.
1.1.2
Place the Injector Switch Assembly (03-908206-01) over the 1177 Injector W/Press. Sense (03-925994-01) purge head.
1.1.3
Install one Actuator Knob (03-925971-01) over the Injector Switch.
1.1.4
Insert a Septum (03-925989-01) into the recess in the top of the purge head.
1.1.5
Install an Injector Nut Assembly (03-925975-01) over the purge head. Carefully tighten the nut with your fingers without damaging the
thread.
1.2
INJECTOR BODY ASSEMBLY
1.2.1
Bend the leads from a 100W Heater Cartridge (03-925987-01) around a screwdriver or other shaft of approximately Ø1/4” and 90 degrees
about 1/8" from the body of the cartridge. Do not bend the leads sharply.
1.2.2
Insert the heater cartridge between the tubing
and bracket as shown.
