Adjustment by the Siemens SQL33.. servocontrol
1 once the combustion head is adjusted (see pag. 25), remove the sevocontrol cover and set it to the ignition position, by the MAN/
AUTO selector (ignition position= read on the air damper index ID1 - see figure on pag.28);
2 remove the plastic clamp B and keep on pressing the green lever G;
3 manually drive the air damper to the requested position, then release the green lever G and replace the clamp B, as to correct, if
needed, the ignition position.
4 go on adjusting air and gas flow rates: check, continuosly, the flue gas analisys, as to avoid combustion with little air; dose the air
according to the gas flow rate change following the steps below;
5 Drive the burner to the high flame stage, by means of the thermostat TAB.
6 acting on the pressure stabiliser of the valves group, adjust the gas flow rate in the high flame stage as to meet the values
requested from the boiler/utilisation,
- Siemens VGD valves group: remove cap T and act on the VR adjusting screw to increase or decrease the pressure and conse-
quently the gas rate; screwind VR the rate increases, unscrewing it decreases (see next figure).
- Dungs MBC..SE valves group: act on its pressure regulator to increase or decrease the pressure and consequently the gas
rate.
7 To adjust the air flow rate in the high flame stage, loose the RA nut and screw VRA as to get the desired air flow rate (CW rotation
increases the rate, CCW rotation decreases the rate).
Note: once the procedure is perfomed, be sure that the blocking nut RA is fasten.
