Removing a Front Top Cover

Follow these steps to remove a front top cover:

Power off the JBOD and detach all of the power cords from the power supply.

Open an HDD drawer. See

“Opening an HDD Drawer” on page 13.

Remove a cable cover. See

“Removing a Cable Cover” on page 35.

Remove an HDD drawer. See

“Removing an HDD Drawer” on page 15.

Remove a rear top cover. See

“Removing a Rear Top Cover” on page 24.

Remove the screws securing a front top cover to the chassis and the cable chain.

Press a front top cover and slide the top cover away as seen in the following illustration.
