Printing the received data stored in the memory (manual)

Press the [FAX] button on
the control panel.

Press the key.
y "SECURE RX" screen appears.
y If the secure RX setting is set to
OFF, the screen returns to the
basic screen after displaying the
screen on the right for about 2
seconds with the alarm sound.

Select “2. CANCEL” or “3.
PRINT” using the
or
button and press the
[ENTER] button.
2. CANCEL: Prints the received
data and clears secure reception.
(The one set by the timer is not
cleared.)
3. PRINT: Prints the received data
and continues secure reception.

Enter the security code and
press the [ENTER] button.
y Documents stored in memory
are printed out.
y To correct the entered security
code, highlight the code using
the button and enter the cor-
rect value.
y If you enter wrong security code
and press the [ENTER] button,
the screen to enter the security
code appears again after dis-
playing the screen on the right
with the alarm sound.
