About orders
The office can send service orders, delivery orders, and pick up orders. They are stored on your
TomTom PRO.
You can read and deal with them at any time by tapping the Orders button in the WEBFLEET panel
in the map or guidance view. You can also do this by tapping the Main Menu button and then
tapping Orders.
To recall the order you are working on, tap the button that shows the current status of your order
shown in the WEBFLEET panel in the map or guidance view.
Order state buttons
You can report the working progress on an order by using the following buttons.
Order started
Arrived at destination
Work started
Work finished
Departure from destination
Order finished
Orders
