Flow cell
Preparations
1. Remove the cover from the flow cell opening. To do so, loosen the
two finger-tight screws. The screws are captive in the cover and do
not need to be removed.
TIP
Keep the cover to close the flow cell opening when no flow cell is
installed in the device, especially when the detector is transported or
shipped.
2. Unpack the flow cell.
