When prompted, empty the waste container and the sheath fluid container
holding the remaining cleaning solution.

Thoroughly rinse the sheath fluid container to remove any traces of the cleaning
solution, then completely fill it up with deionized water (~ 2 L).

Fill a new sample tube with 5 mL of deionized water, place it in the sample tube
holder, then move the sample tube holder in the up position.

to begin the second step of the sheath fluidics cleaning. This step
takes about 70 minutes to complete.

The instrument performs three consecutive debubble-fluidic flush cycles and
drains the fluidics lines and internal reservoirs into the waste container at the
completion of each debubble-fluidic flush cycle.
17.
When prompted, remove the sample tube with the deionized water from the
sample tube holder, and replace it with a new sample tube containing 3 mL of
sheath fluid.
