3. Allow the instrument to cool.
a. If the analyzer is used in an ATEX hazardous area with a T3 rating, do
not open the oven door for 45 minutes, 50 minutes for Zone 2 unit.
b. If the analyzer is used in an ATEX hazardous area with a T4 rating,
do not open the oven door for 140 minutes.
Caution
Failure to allow adequate cooling time before opening the oven can
lead to equipment damage or injury to personnel.

4. Turn off all air supplies.
Caution
Parts of the instrument may be hot even after power is removed.
Allow the system to cool completely before performing maintenance.

1. Close the sample supply to the system.
2. Turn off the main power to the system.
