PROBLEM
Incorrect release of cones on the
support
Incorrect loading of cups on the
support
Unforeseen misplacement of the
container outside the support at
the end of the loading phase
Absence of chocolate spray
CAUSE
- Incomplete adjustment of the
station:
- Height of storage container
- Extraction timing
- Software parameters
- Incomplete adjustment of the
station:
- Height of storage container
- Insufficient vacuum
- Excessive vacuum setting
- Failure of spraying system
(small tank + pump).
- Failure of chocolate spraying
system
SOLUTION
-Align the station to the pit.
- Check the orientation of the
“wafer pusher” plates when the
blades open..
- Verify that the stack of cones
falls correctly on the hands when
the blades open, otherwise adjust
the height of the storage
container, setting the distance
between the hands and
measuring blades slightly above
the height of the cones.
- Verify that the parameters are
correctly set when the cup
stopping blades open.
- Check the operation of the
vacuum generator and the
efficiency of the suction cup.
- Verify that the fittings are
correctly sealed.
- Check that the cups fall
correctly on the extraction cup:
the blades should close on the
next cup rim. If this does not
occur, set the blades to a higher
position on the storage container.
- Change the length of the
vacuum phase within the cycle.
- Verify that are no occlusions
within the plant.
- Verify that the small tank
heating resistances are operating
correctly.
- Verify that there is enough
water in the interspace of the
small tank and add more water if
required.
- Wash the nozzle to remove
residuals of chocolate if present.
- Check the efficiency of the
taps.
- Check the operation of the
pneumatic air valve that
sprinkles the chocolate.
- Verify that the sanitizing air
filter is not clogged.
