(2) Adjusting Vibrator Mass Position
NOTICE
It is important tha the upper and lower masses on each vibrator are adjusted equally. If the
vibrators are not adjusted equally the vibrating drawer may not function properly and premature
wear on the vibrators may ocour.
To the sides of the loading hopper, there are two lateral bonnets that prevent access to the vibrators
and evacuator belt. By removing these bonnets, you can access the vibrators and regulate the
position of the vibrating masses. In the factory, vibrating masses are adjusted to 60% of their
capacity and this regulation is generally enough to ensure good progress of the material in the
different working conditions. However, depending on the type and size of the material to be
worked, or simply according to other customer needs, this standard regulation can be altered to
increase or decrease vibrator force.
PROCEDURE
1. Observe all safety warnings.
2. Ensure all material has passed through the crusher.
3. Shut down the machine and implement the lockout and tag out procedure.
4. Remove the side shields (Item 1) on both sides of the machine to access the vibrating motors.

5. Remove the upper and lower covers (Item 1) of the vibtrator to expose the rotating masses.
