(2) Lifting Machine off the Trailer
NOTICE
In order to load or unload the machine into and from a lorry, the lifting points on the chassis can be
used, ensuring that a harness of adequate resistance to the weight to be lifted. It is recommended
to use a spreader frame to minimize the risk of damaging the machine when lifting.
Ensure that the lorry has its parking brake on and apply wedges to the tyres to avoid any possible
slippage during loading/unloading.
When unloading the machine, the operator must always maintain a safe distance from the machine
in order to avoid any incident should the harness break or slip.
PROCEDURE
1. Observe all safety warnings.
2. Remove the fastenings securing the machine to the transporter.
3. Attach a suitable harness to the 4 lifting points/ tie down points.

4. Ensure that all loose items are carefully stowed and secured.
5. Using suitable lifting equipment, lift the crusher from the back of the transporter.
