A/C Compressor relay is turned ON by ECM (PCM) when A/C signal inputted to ECM (PCM) and engine condi-
tions are normal.

A/C Compressor Control Circuit check
1) Remove ECM (PCM) cover.
2) Measure voltage between E61-21 and vehi-
cle body ground with ignition switch turned
ON.
Is voltage 10 – 14 V?
Go to Step 3.
Go to Step 2.

A/C Compressor Control Circuit check
1) Turn OFF ignition switch.
2) Check for fuse blow at “HTR 15 A” fuse.
3) If OK, check A/C compressor relay referring
to “A/C Compressor Relay and Condenser
Fan Motor Relay” in Section 6E2.
Is check result as specified?
“YEL/GRN” wire to “PNK”
wire is open circuit.
Faulty A/C compressor
relay.
