Appears if the snapshot extension cannot open a user snapshot file (.aud/.irt/.ort/.ass). This may be the
case when trying to load a global snapshot from a desk key or by a GPInput. It may also be the case when
loading a user snapshot from within the snapshot page.
User Warning 5000 appears only on the particular desk (primary or secondary) that either loads the snap-
shot or is specified in Argument 2 of a GPInput.
Note: Initial Snapshots and Default Snapshot of any user are optional and will not trigger User Warning
