  The physical input mapping of Livewire inputs to LogicalInputs differs from 

that of all other consumers (PatchInputs, Returns, Extern PFL- and Moni-

toring Sources, etc.), in order to make sure the following mapping rules are 

applied:

 

  •  A LogicalInput is always mapped to the left- and right channel of a Listener. 

This avoids conflicts for the label transfer.

 

  •  A Listener is only consumed from one LogicalInput.This avoids conflicts 

during operation (Strip Lock, OnAir restriction, etc..).
