Improper usage of the product can cause injury to the patient or operator. Operate the product only as described in this
manual.

Do not modify the product or any components of the product. Modifying the product can cause unpredictable operation
resulting in injury to the patient or operator. Modifying the product also voids its warranty.
Remove all shipping and packaging materials from the product prior to use.
Unpack the cartons and check all items for proper operation. Make sure that the product is working properly before it is put
into service.
Make sure that the patient compartment of the vehicle where you will be using the product has a:

Smooth rear edge for product loading.
•
Level floor that his large enough for the folded product and cot fastener system.
•
Stryker Model 6373, 6376, or 6381 cot fastener system (not included)
•
Floor or tray system loading height between 27.0 in. (68.6 cm) and 31.0 in. (78.7)

e -- Always remove loose items or debris from the patient compartment floor. Loose items or debris may interfere with
the cot rolling smoothly or the operation of the cot faster.
When necessary, modify the vehicle to fit the cot. Do not modify the cot.
This manual should be considered a permanent part of the product and should remain with the product even if the product
is subsequently sold.
