Estimating the fluid volume remaining in the patient and the setting of a
warning limit is the doctor’s responsibility.
Should the device register a deficit increase

300 ml per minute:
• the deficit alert icon light up,
• the deficit display start blinking,
• and three short acoustic warning signals are emitted.
Measuring takes place every 30 seconds.
5.15 Turning Device Off
Press the ON/OFF key

for approx. 2 seconds.
The ON/OFF LED

goes out and the Standby LED
(15)
continues to be
illuminated.
The device is now in standby mode.
You may leave the device in standby mode if not in use since this mode consumes
very little electricity.
Pressing the ON/OFF key does not disconnect the device from the power supply.
This requires pulling the plug located in the rear of the device.
