It is possible to export several notes simultaneously. Hold the Ctrl-key
pressed on the keyboard and then select the note which you would
like to export in the Note Manager.
Exporting in a file format

It is also possible to export each note in vector format (.pegvf-file) to
allow another digital pen user to import this file into the Note Manager
database.
In the Note Manager, select the note which you would like export.

Right-click on the note name or open the
File
menu. Select the

option. Click on
Export as data file
in the list which
appears.
An Export dialogue window appears.

Define the desired file name in the file name field.

Note Manager database.

Import
option in the
